Archer Corporate Travel Management Programs – Program Options

Traditional Travel Management Program

Archer Travel can assist your travelers via telephone or online booking engine for one low airline transaction/ticket fee of $10 to $40. Archer does not charge for hotel or car rental only reservations. We also do not charge separate transaction fees for refunds, exchanges or other services. We only charge for utilized tickets. If we void the ticket we even void the fee!
Under the traditional ticket fee program we provide corporate reports, 24 hours emergency services, group and incentive travel as well as an ongoing cost analysis review to insure you are efficiently spending your corporate travel dollars

Monthly Service Fee Program

Archer will research your company travel budget, corporate goals and current travel and design a program to meet your requirements all for one flat monthly fee. The monthly fee is based on your corporate needs such as monthly reporting, staffing requirements, online support, after hour services, booking transactions and commissions generated from sales.
We can build your travelers a program uniquely designed to meet your corporate needs and not an “off the shelf, one size fits all” approach. Don’t pay for what you don’t want.

Percentage of Sales Fee Program

This program establishes a fee of 5% to 8% of total Air, Hotel and Car sales rather than a fee per ticket or the monthly service fee program. Under this program our fees are calculated based on the travel your company purchases from Archer on a monthly basis.
Under this program we do not charge any additional fees and we can cap the fee based on many factors such as commissions generated, reporting requirements, staffing, etc. Your company can budget travel expenses more easily and if your trip is cancelled and refunded than you pay no fees at all.

Monthly Subscription Fee per Traveler (GPS Program)

The Archer Global Personal Service program is a new and exciting concept for one low monthly fee. For only $37.95 per month per frequent traveler your executives and staff receive:

• Unlimited Airline Ticketing without additional fees.
• Voids, Exchanges, Refunds Free
• Full Concierge Services including phone numbers and connection, driving instructions, entertainment and event information and ticket sales, restaurant reservations and reviews, trivia answers, golf tee times and more.
• Travel Management Services including corporate reports, unused ticket tracking, 24 hour emergency services, policy and procedure assistance, corporate discount negotiations.

All of these services are included in the low monthly fee PLUS we will also send you special vacation travel discounts specifically tailored to your personal interests.
