Archer Travel guarantees to meet or beat the lowest legal airfare at time of reservation for flights requested or we will provide the your airline ticket FREE of charge.  We utilize online and offline sources and will not be undersold.

Airfare Lock In Guarantee

Archer Travel will lock in your airfare for 24 hours at the price quoted.  If the airline has increased your ticket price prior to ticket issuance you will only pay the quoted price – guaranteed.

Changes, Refunds, Cancellations and Voids are FREE

Unlike most travel companies, Archer does not charge a separate service fee for changes or cancellations to your airline tickets. We are required to pass along fees charged by the airlines, but we have no separate charge for this service.  In fact, Archer will void our fees if you void the airline ticket within 24 hours of issuance.

Free Hotel, Rental Car and International Airline Reservations.

We do not charge service fees for International Air reservations or domestic and international hotel and car arrangements period.

Archer Travel can process reservations via our online TravelPort software program or via one of our corporate travel agents.  We take reservations 24 hours a day, every day, and all reservations are reviewed by our agents to ensure exceptional service and the lowest fares.

Passport and Visa Services

Archer provides Passport and Visas assistance when you book your International Airline Tickets through us by hiring a service (at no cost to you other than government-required fees) to expedite the process for your company.

NO HIDDEN FEES

Archer Travel charges between $15 and $50 per airline ticket issued depending on services requested.  These fees are charged upon airline ticket issuance only.  We have no fees for reports, cancellations, changes, etc.  All fees are negotiated up front and never changed without contacting our clients in advance.  We believe in NO Surprises with our clients!
